Couch to 5k

Join us for a 6 week program as we prepare to run the Gospel 5k on Saturday, July 13th!

The Group Run on Sunday mornings will meet at 8:00 AM as a part of our MSRC weekly Sunday run with a special Couch to 5k pace group. Meet us at the Movin' Shoes store just before 8:00 AM. The Group Run on Tuesday evenings will meet at Brittingham Park at 5:30 PM. For folks who live outside of Madison, there is also the option to participate virtually!
